oka 2 3 weeks zero sugar antey no sweets,  no cool drinks, no tes/cofee/milk with sugar etc


kachitham ga you will see big difference if you are used to eat choc,drinks and sugar

carb content like rice chapati etc thagginchi protein rich like checiken mutton dal eggs etc ekuva thintey you will see very quick reduction

Actually what I have Noticed/Observed over a period of time is that what works for me may/may not work for you - As everyone's body type is different and how ones body reacts to something varies from person to person. Naa vishayaniki Vasthe Naa Metabolic rate is pretty high and with age ipudu nenu 30 daatanu so its coming down a little bit however still Pretty good by any standards henceforth I get away even after eating lotsaa junk [smile]

India lo unapudu I used to run 10 kms daily and ikada US ki vachaka 6 Miles a day - 3 Miles in the Mrng and 3 Miles in the Evng - I approximately take 21 Minutes to complete a 3 Mile run as Mine is a 7 Minute a Mile run and Personally I can ouch that Running chesinantha Melu no other workout can do - Basically running works on almost every part of your body - So if possilble Start Running and instead of running on Treadmills try running outdoors like in the Parks or Trails in the Mornings and that allows you to breath good Oxygen as well !!!

Apart from Running, I do Surya Namaskaram's - 12 a Day Chestanu - Idhi basically Weight reduce ki kaadu kani it helps the blood flow - Ikapothe Diet Vishayaniki Vasthe Nenu heavy Rice eater Ni [smile] Rice tinakapothe lunch chesinatu kani dinner chesinatu kani anipiyadhu - Perugu + Banana vundalsindhe but that's such a bad combo and should be avoided by all means however aa habit nunchi bayataki ralekuna - but Ya one should cut down on the Rice intake and Vegetarians should take more protein like Dal etc and less Carbs like Rice ! also complete your dinner by 7:30-8 PM and Maintain a healthy gap of atleast 2 hours between Your dinner time and the Nap time !

Like said above, if you have a good metabolic rate you can get away even without doing few of the above said things but with age metabolic rate comes down and then there is no getting away [smile] so ipati nunchi manchi food habits and routine alavatu chesukondi - It will help you in the long run !

Btw Walking Chese valaki Chinna suggestion - Walking does ZERO Goood and basically edo gossips and rumours chepukunte naduchukovaedaniki thapinchi Walking vala No USE - Either Jog or Start Running !

Also Play SPORTS as much as possible - You don't have to be really Good, but treat Sports also as a form of workout and Kudirinanni Different Sports Aadandi and btw Cricket vala again No Physical drain so Cricket lantivi kakunda Physically Taxing Sports like Tennis, Badminton, Squash lantivi Aadandi !

this 30-day diet program is beyond brutal. the first few days mind goes through absolute torture. BUT then the real thing kicks in.

it's a game you play with yourself in all fairness. no cheating. you are only answerable to yourself.

no rice, no carbs, no legumes (pappulu), no ADDED sugar, no soft drinks, no milk and milk-products.

after that you slowly reintroduce one item at a time, if you want.

great reset for mind, totally refreshing, cravings come down. junk food becomes a thing of the past.

combine this with a light exercise such as daily walks, you are on course to an unforgettable milestone.

it's relatively easier for meat-eaters, not so much for vegetarians. but there is a program for vegetarians too.


there is a definite before and after effect to this program. weight loss is only a byproduct.

kharchu ledu, soukaryame. koncham willpower and discipline tho chesthe, can be a great great tool.

i have tried it. totally recommend it.
