Unfortunately alanti magic fruits vegetables levu... Unna kuda they just help to boost metabolism and thereby helps in speedingup the weight loss process

There is no magic formula for weight loss..

Intake should be less than BMR + other expenditures.. thats the only way.. Higher the difference faster you lose the weight..

Normal Tea/Coffee place lo Green Tea without honey or Sugar

Vegetables max tinali in place of meat, rice

honey+warm water+lime tesukovali and nuts in place of Breakfast


Gurtu pettukondi Weight taggataniki yevi cheppina they should replace something else...Nenu chusina vallalo max regular food to patu morning lime+honey, Green tea, fruits tesukuni taggaledu antaru
