simple advice enti ante.. month ki oka 10k spend cheyagalanu ante.. go n hit the gym and get the personal trainer. neeku unna target ki normal plan lu saripovu gattiga oka varam chesthavu emo..but eventually u give up.
trainer unte oka driving force untundi.. plus he will make sure all your efforts go in a right channel.

6 months ki 30 kgs ah? Disappoint avtav. Not good too. Antha drastic weigth loss manchidi kuda kadu.

10 kgs feasible target. Reach ayyaka you will be more motivated.

It took me 8 months to shred 15 kilos with good diet and regular workout.

Fat Free Milk avoid chey... Its not good. Chaala vatillo Milk Powder mix chestharu... Normal/Reduced Fat milk better...

First tip is don't try to lose some 3 kgs in 1 week, it will mostly not work. You will gain back all the lost weight in short period of time if you try this. 1 yr back, even I too wanted to lose weight(around 10-12 kgs). Initial ga baaga utsaaham undedi...so I wanted to lose on an avg some 3-4 kgs per week. After heavy diet and some regular walking, I did lose around 3kgs in a week but then gained back all the lost weight within 1-2 days. That's when I realized that I can't lose around 10-12 kgs in matter of few weeks. I had to be patient.

So,oka 4 months target pettukunna to lose 10+ kgs. First thing I did was getting aware of calories and fat in food I usually intake. This helped me a lot. I didn't want my daily calorie intake to exceed more than 1000-1500 calorie range(internet suggestion). I started avoiding high fat/calorie foods. Pizzas,burgers ivanni thagginchesa, like once in 1 or 2 months. I usually used to eat fastfood and chocolates,biscuits(I was surprised but biscuits lo calories baaga ekkuva..mainly cream biscuits) a lot. I decided to cut out all the fastfood(pani puri, gobi etc etc) for those 3-4 months. Also chocolates and biscuits kuda I cut it down to once in a while.

Regarding diet, I didn't make too many changes. I was mostly eating the same what I was eating previously. Rice intake thaggincha..started eating chapathi more. Major change was that I reduced the quantity of my food intake. Inthaka mundu 4 chapathis aythe ipdu 2 chapathis, inthaka mundu 5 idlis aythe ipdu 3 idlis laaga.  Also, body ki physical exercise is important. I used to either jog/walk around 4-5 km daily followed by some basic exercises. Belly kuda thagginchukovaali ante I would suggest you to jog instead of walking. Anyways,edo okati maatram definite ga cheyyandi. That's it. Main thing is you need to be patient. You can't expect to lose weight in few weeks. I followed this very strictly. I lost around 10 kgs in next 4 months.

Keto diet  in short is protein and fat only diet. Less than 10% calories should be carbs. Conscious ga asalu carbs unna foods fully avoid cheyali. Roti, rice, sugar, dairy side kuda vellakudadhu.

Check youtube for cheese chips recipe. You can do it in microwave.

Non-veg - Grilled chicken or chicken tandoori starters, egg whites and also yolk too, cheese omelettes(preferably in olive oil but I was not particular, office lo kuda thinesevadni). Videsallo unte bacon, sausasages tho pandaga cheyochu.

First 3-4 days brainf#ck!  Literally your brain will cry for sugar. Aa rendu moodu rojulu dhatesthe better ga untundhi. 

Inko method undhi called Intermittent fasting which also works great. In both keto and intermittent fasting we will have enough energy to do workout also and that's the best part. But first 5-6 days compulsary vellali alavatu kaavali kabatti.

Naa plan cheptha. 3 Months ki strict ga follow chesa.
Morng lo Ragi Malt pedda tumbler (17 ingredients like wheat, bajra, maize, badam etc.)
Noon ki Chapathi Sabzi, Ragi mudde, Jowar roti.
Evening ki okka cup coffee with Nippat as side dish [tongue]
Night ki tiraga Chapathai sabzi.
Deeni tho paatu daily morng brisk walk, basic exercises and Jogging (equally) 1hr ki ulsoor lo. (Mon-Sat mostly..... rarely on sundays)
Ee diet mon - fri daily follow chesa. Saturday ni cheat day ga petkoni no diet kaani adhi kuda limt lo ne. 
Sunday morng typical South Indian breakfast (Idly or dosa) with Non Veg Curry mostly 
Sunday Lunch ki Boiled Chicken with veggies
Sunday night light dinner. (Breakfast ee tinadam)
Dinner before7-8 tinte better

Belly is mostly genetic and dont worry too much about it. 

In general 'Keep Moving'.....Oke chota system mundu kurchovatam, only Lifts use cheyyatam, bike meeda matrame vellatam lantivi taggincheyyali...
Office lo water bottle pakkana pettukokandi.....make a habit to go and have water 30 mins once so that you get up and have few steps...
Atleast once a day lift use cheyyaddu...

Ika food habits easy changes like Dont mix sweets with heavy lunch.....Biryani to paatu icecream, thumbsup or sweet avoid cheyyandi....Have sweets and have heavy Biryani/Lunch but dont have them together....

Try to avoid alchohol consumption on a regular basis. Once a month is fine or worst case twice in limited quantities. 
So, No Ghee, Butter, Cheese. ivanni lite teeskuna okka 3-4 months ki! 
Steamed/Boiled items tinte better

Vilithe dinner chapathi with curry thisukondi,,
Water 3 to 5 liters per day
