with little practice you can do it well

lung capacity is very imp...with regular practice you can get to normal within short time

I can hold for 2 minutes.. 

if you can hold for 1 minute without practice, your lungs are perfectly healthy

I could hold only for 55 seconds...try chesi vunte 60 sec reach ayye vadini but didnt want to risk

Practice cheste oka 1 month easy ga 80 seconds reach avutamanta which is very good

Course available in regional language and English also
Course fee Rs.750/

since there was no positive response from most of the staff, later another mail received, stating Couse fee will be borne by company, interested candidates can register ani.
