few companies wait...most of them don't take forward the hiring process ig you mention NP as 3 months...so we have to bluff saying it is negotiable etc and then play around citing excuses that employer isn't relieving

Corona vachinappudu ivvali ani evaru demand cheyatledu sir. ala chesthe employee expecting too much ye. Recession vachinapudu entha mandhi ni teesesaru. vallaku financial ga viable undhi kabatte corona apudu ayina unchukuntunnaru. inka, medical insurance ivanni kuda part of employee perks ye kada. it's all part of package kada. inka, shares antunnaru edho anni IT companies shares ichese la cheptunnaru.

better offer vasthe ellipovali antunaru. same way companies kuda anthe kada, market lo better resources doruktunnapudu layoffs chesi, younger works ni pettukuntunnaru kada. valledho lifetime ki job guarantee istunnara enti.

valla nunchi minimum expect cheseedhe employee adigiedhi. some companies iche extra perks, stock options ni mentino chesi nelala koddi force chesi pani cheyyali antara..  vallu perks icharu kada, ani edhina unreasonable demand cheyocha.

I know it's not charity. same wayt's not indentured labour either..

sir overnight relieve cheyamantledu but 15-day notice is fair and good enough antunna. why do they need 3 month notice period?

inka anni companies layoff chesthe 3 months pay chestunnaremo naku telidu. okavela isthunte adhi valla own discretion. but expecting employees to work for 3 months after submitting their resignation is too much.. meeru chepina stock optoins, medical etc are employer's discretion, it's all part of the employee's total compensation. avi memu ichamu kabatti 3 months meeru cheyyali anadam ela correct.

naa point okate, if they they can fire employees at will, they should also be okay with people leaving with just 2-week notice. meeru paina ichina article link ravatledu, subscription aduguthondi, coudn't read it.

own discretion em ledhu its part and parcel of the job agreement .. owner has to give 2 months notice period so does tenant .. idhi antey ...

if company fires u, he can just pay you 2 weeks of salary and remove u from job ante ... then yes u can give 2 weeks notice and leave ..

as u grow up in the ladder, other way around happens .. once a senior guy puts in paper or fired, spot lo settle chesi pampestharu .. nuvvu inka office ki ravoddu ani .. team ninchi quarentine immediate ga chesestharu

valid point.. but I think 1-2 months should be good.. 3 months notice looks more like trying to stop people from getting other jobs

min 2months common in india. i think few years back nunchi chala service based companies notice period 3 months ki penchayi. while joining also they know about notice period so they will adjust. one more thing ee 3 months lo manollu inka interviews attend marinni offers chethilo pettukuntaru. already vachina offer chupetti inka ekkuva hike bargain chestaru. evvaru takkuva kadu. indian companies HR also knows the situation, just offer release chesinantha matrana join avutadu ani gaurantee ledani vallaki telusu.

the bottomline is changing the company is not a once in a life time opportunity .. offers keep coming hikes keep coming as long as u r working hard .. edho luck ga vachindhi offer anukuni plan cheyakandi

at the end of the day .. u r changing the job thats all .. u r not going to burn the bridges with ur company, ur colleagues or ur boss ... when we are in need of a job later, we should give ourself a good chance to reach over to them personally and see if there is a opening ..

ella kalam 2/3 expr ga youth ga undiporu .. when u become 15+ expr the number of jobs u can apply reduce and most of the time u need a referral .. ... desa mudhuru movie lo sanyasulu mogadu mogadu ani egapadinattu ... offer kosam antha bloodbath violence cheyakarledhu ... we are all professional killers, we should think like one .. of course non tech profiles aitey i wont say a thing, i have 0 knowledge in that area
