I can feel you. This is the difficult part in belly fat reduction. Flat line antaru deenni. Cardio tho pani avvadu. Early dinner by 6:00pm and 15-20 min HIIT workouts the next day morning on empty stomach with continuing low calorie and high fiber diet. 3 weeks lo motham flat ayyi, abs kanpusthai.
Later you can strengthen them with abs workouts like planks, naukasanam etc.

Recently lost 50 pounds relatively easily. Another 50 to go.

Exercise: 2 hours minimum in the gym. Do something. Elliptical, treadmill, lifting, or exercises but stay active for 2 hours. Divide it into morning, or evening sessions.

Slowly increase to 3 hours.

Diet: Fresh juice with milk in morning

Lunch: just meat. Chicken curry alone without rice. Or just chicken breast in oven. Or maybe a microwave meal(fixed calorie count)

Snack: almonds 7

Dinner: just curries. Rice only with Sambar. Small amount of rice.

Do this for 8 weeks and you too will lose 50 pounds.

Not even that hard. Just have the right mindset.

I went into a severe depression, and somehow gained 100 pounds... 

from 160 to 260. now i'm 210. Still a long way to go but corona shut gyms down sadly. 

No Keto... I eat whatever I want just make sure its a small sample. keto leads to hypoglycemic attacks, and raises cholesterol level. 

I guess mostly IF in terms of timings. 

Sometimes I blend it together, and drink it as a smoothie. Other times individually.

The goal is to eat less, exercise more in terms of hours... feel the pain... and let time pass. Anyone can lose weight. 

Losing weight is just like a job.

X number of hours in the gym*7 days*x weeks=weight loss.

Cool...have you lost belly fat and love handles as well? Now I have lost weight everywhere and very less in those areas...

Nope, but tried dosas with Bajra and Jowar...they turned out to be tasty
