Just think of the worst scenario what could happen if things are not going in your way and accept them. Also think about the poor people you see daily and understand your life is way better than them. That's how I am doing from past few months.

As Maverick gaaru said, talk to someone and vent out.. try getting some psychiatrist sessions (if you are ok with it).. least case, vent them here in the DB if you are ok..

If distraction helps, start watching something which you enjoy.. either a sit-com TV series, thrillers, even Jabardasth kind of shows if it can divert.. Though this isn't a long-term solution..

I lost my father in Sep, 2018 when I was 21. In the process of battling that trauma and shock I choose temporary relief methods pubg,yt,movies,tv shows, twitter, going out with friends etc.. instead of accepting the situation and move on to next phase. But now yt,movies,tv shows are also not helping me that much. Pichi pichi thghts vaatunnayi. Mind wandering autundhi bagaaa ,hallucinations vastunnayi inka ela describe cheyyalo ardam kavadam laa.. because of these thoughts I'm not able to do things that will change my career. I know what I have to do to. I have to study hard but these emotions are holding me back and I'm procastinating things like never before.
I'm killing my own chances of success and happiness.

Couple of things from my end, ignore if you feel I am being ignorant or crossing a line.. let bygones be bygones, think about people in your family and the support you need to give them.. think about all the responsibilities your father used to take up, and you take them up now as that will be the best ode to your father..

I think you must have already thought of these, tried but still are not be able to do.. In this case, please take professional help.. self-healing may work but the most effective way would be some therapy sessions.. I would say start these as soon as you can.. and keep talking to the family even about uncomfortable aspects for all of you, while you continue therapy.

keep at it, whatever works keep doing that..

Also with time everything will be set, so don't worry about results but just keep working towards the goal.. as a saying goes "try to run.. if not walk.. if not crawl.. but don't stop, keep working towards what you want".. procrastination avoid cheyyandi, even if you are in no mood to do it, books mundara veskune koorchondi so you may study at least for 30 minutes even if you spend 5-6 hours.. this is better than not doing anything..

I think exessive ga yt videos, pubg, movies even staying active in forums like this releases dopomine instantly. This makes you less focused in doing more benificial things..so something like dopomine detox is required to rewire our mind ani I read somewhere. Maybe read something about this and try to follow it.

Usually, nuvu unna condition lo I would have recommended you to join some short term course and attend in person classes to get some diatraction by being social. But ippudu situation lo deniki chance ledu kabatti..maybe digital detox will help you. Whatever skill you want to learn, buy a good and detailed book about it and study. Book is much better friend than your laptop or phone.

I am following these everyday for a while and it's helping me a lot to stay on track and become better. Especially Tracking your habits. I took printouts of the below given printable guides and stuck them on my wall. It's not necessary that you fill the tracker everyday and write great stuff on those printouts. Just write something and see it everyday as you wake up. It gives you motivation.

Also declutter and decorate your room the way you like. Helps a lot in motivation and concentration. You can refer to Pinterest for ideas.

Sit in a room and surround yourself with books, chiraku vesthe avi open cheyali.
Starting lo kastam ga unte use pomodoro technique.

start With a to do list every day morning , oka ten points rasuko 6 strike off avvali best case by eod . 5 is pass and try to pass every day .

if you are achieving 6/10 everyday try to increase the bench mark

be it anything that you do. this will help your procASTINATION problem in anything
if you are addicted to games and YT, limit the time or do it as a reward for getting your 6/10
this way you will not get bored of them

if you feel that you dont need professional help we are here to lend you an ear 👂
vent it out , let it go . I know its easy for us to say but you got to try.

YT games movies are our stress relievers and that’s what brought us together here , so we should not break the sanctity of our stress relievers and they should remain the go forever 😊

it means.. even if you do 1% better today than what you are doing day before for a year, you will have gains of about 38 times.. where as if you do 1% worse today than you are doing for a year, you will loose a lot ani..

it is difficult at times to sit and do stuff.. anduke this bodes well with incremental approach.. need not worry about results and how fast to get there.. just focus on doing incrementally better each day (1% at a time) and you will see good results..
